When Tortilleria El Molino opened in 2001, the idea was to debut a traditional Mexican tortilla factory with eye-catching visuals akin to those of “El Machino” at Chevys Fresh Mex.
For the last 23 years, dedicated customers have flocked to the small factory in Concord — both for a bag of fresh corn tortillas and to catch a rare show where thousands of corn and flour tortillas are made before their eyes. They also come for the affordable and tasty food.
