12,600 Sq. Ft. of Laboratory Space Available In the Concord Life Science Center
The Concord Life Science Center (CLSC), features two stories and 20,000 total square feet of lab and shared services space for life science companies. The CLSC life science incubator provides equipped lab suites with a supported office area, which takes the administrative burden off the business owner to let them focus on the science. These lab suites are well suited for new life science companies.
On the first floor, a 500 square feet tissue lab with office space is available for either a solo tenant or multiple tenants interested in leasing by the workbench. Similarly, on the second floor, there is a 2,500 square foot general lab available, or a larger 9,600 square foot open floor plan that can be subdivided or taken in full.
